We understand that sometimes schedules change, and we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy helps us provide better service and allows other clients to book the time you release.
1. Cancellations
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us time to accommodate other clients.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% charge of the service booked, as it is difficult to fill the spot at short notice.
- No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
2. Rescheduling
- 24-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any rescheduling fees.
- Rescheduling within 24 Hours: If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, we will do our best to accommodate your new appointment request, but you may be subject to a rescheduling fee equivalent to 25% of the original booking value.
3. Refunds
- Deposits: If you have made a deposit for your booking and cancel or reschedule in accordance with our policy, your deposit will be applied to your future appointment or refunded if applicable.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Any fees incurred due to late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
4. Group Bookings
For group bookings of three or more people, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
5. Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. In case of a sudden illness or other unexpected circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate changes without any penalties.
6. Gift Card Appointments
If an appointment is booked using a gift card and you do not show up or cancel within the allowed time, the value of the missed service will be deducted from the gift card.
